As part of Wellness Week, the Graduate Student Association will host Stretch with Lex on GSA’s Instagram Live. To join in on the fun, visit @nysid.gsa on Instagram.
This 45-minute class starts with a 15 minute bodyweight workout, followed by 30 minutes of stretching. It will help you build flexibility safely and effectively by guiding you through how to stretch properly to open your hips, and release restriction in your back, shoulders, and hamstrings.
This event is open to all NYSID students.
