Join us for a panel discussion highlighting the stories of women in the fields of architecture and interior design, throughout history to the present day. Moderated by Ellen Fisher, Ph.D, Vice President for Academic Affairs and Dean at NYSID, panelists will include Victoria Rosner and Mary McLeod. In addition to being professors at Columbia University, Rosner and McLeod launched Pioneering Women of American Architecture in early 2018 with the support of the Beverly Willis Architecture Foundation. They will be joined by Tamara Eaton of Tamara Eaton Designs, along with Mimi Hoang --co-founder and Principal of nARCHITECTS. This discussion will look at feminist practices in architecture, design, and beyond, recognizing how our past has informed our present and what changes are in store for future practices.
