1928. Luxury residential building

When it comes to health, we now learnt that it is not only about the food we put in our bodies, the hours spent at the gym, but it is about mental clarity and peace of mind and how we feel in our home at the end of the day.

The purpose and concept of this project is to take the existing structure built in 1928 located on the Upper West side and create a new way of living keeping health in mind. The concept is to immerse the old with the new, eliminating what we think of as luxury, while keeping the classics in mind.

Tenants will be able to experience multiple health amenities such as various pool plunges ranging in temperatures, an infrared sauna, steam room, Himalayan salt cave, multiple treatment rooms, and enjoy a relaxing swim in a 78ft long pool underneath an impressive existing 54ft barrel vaulted ceiling.

The art, materials, and furnishings have been carefully curated to support the concept that there is always room for fantasy, humor, and design.
