On Thursday, March 5, a reception for “Rescued, Restored, Reimagined: New York's Landmark Interiors” celebrated the opening of the exhibition dedicated to the 117 public spaces, both familiar and less-known, that are designated as interior landmarks. It was a lively event, with designers, preservation advocates, NYSID faculty and students in attendance. And the celebration of interior landmarks continues with our upcoming panel discussion, Changing Use: The Dilemma of Landmark Interiors, on Wednesday, March 25, 6pm with Hugh Hardy, Kitty Hawks, architectural critic Justin Davidson, and New York magazine design editor Wendy Goodman.
