Maggie’s Centres: A Blueprint for Cancer Care exhibition opened at the NYSID Gallery on Thursday, March 6 to rave reviews. More than 150 people came to hear a lecture by Maggie’s co-founder Charles Jencks and to attend the opening reception.

The exhibition, which runs through April 25, focuses on five Maggie’s Cancer Caring Centres that provide a range of support programs to cancer patients and their friends and families within inspired buildings designed by renowned architects such as Frank Gehry, Steven Holl, Rem Koolhaas, and Zaha Hadid.  See photos from the lecture and opening here.
