Drop/Add: See the academic calendar on this website and in the registration booklet for each semester to check the dates for dropping and adding courses. Drop/Add form MFA students can obtain registration forms from the Office of the Dean. IMMUNIZATIONImmunization Form & New York State Immunization Requirements for students registering for 6 or more credits: Immunization form | NY State requirements PLACEMENTTo fulfill the mathematics or English requirement in an undergraduate program at NYSID, students must take the placement test before registering for mathematics or English, unless you have received approval from NYSID to transfer an equivalent course from a previous college. Check the placement test schedule on the Academic Calendar on this website or contact the placement advisor for additional information. Students must register for the test in the Office of the Dean before the test date. Students may not take the mathematics or English placement test more than once. |
